Lindsay - Rehabilitation Therapist
Hey there! I'm Lindsay. Owner/Operator of CAMReC. I was born in Regina, SK, and moved to Alberta in 2006 once I met and married the love of my life, Jeff. I have 3 very active boys and became a Bearded Dragon owner to Sandy in 2021 and in the summer of 2023 adopted Gizmo.
I completed 2600 hours of massage therapy at the Western Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Regina, Sk. Upon my graduation, I earned a Thesis Award for my paper on "The Effects of Massage for Migraine Headaches".
I practiced for 4 years, full time, then went casual after having my 3 babies. I decided to take a break from the massage business in 2015 to focus on raising my children, but was eager to get back into it and focus on a different aspect of massage treatments, rehabilitation.
Lindsay - Rehabilitation Therapist
Lindsay is currently seeking other treatment modalities to add to her wheelhouse. This includes Oncology Breast Massage. This is a treatment that is very close to Lindsay's heart as her grandmother underwent breast surgery due to breast cancer. She is eager to keep learning proper massage techniques, and how she can better serve her clients with a diagnosis of Breast Cancer.
Her primary focus of treatment is considered "Medical Massage". When you are booking a massage with her, you are to expect a focus-based, rehabilitation massage as opposed to a full body deep tissue/therapeutic massage.
