Hey there! I'm Lindsay.
Owner/Operator of CAMReC.
I was born and raised in Regina, SK, and moved to Alberta in 2006 upon meeting my husband, Jeff. We have three boys between 10 and 16.
I completed 2,600 hours of massage therapy at Western Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina, SK. Upon graduating, I received a Thesis Award for my paper titled "The Effects of Massage for Migraine Headaches".
I practiced full-time for 4 years before scaling back to part-time with the arrival of my children.
9 years later, in 2023, I decided to return to massage therapy, but with a changed focus. I yearned to help people. To help change the way people move through life and to aid in reducing their pain.
This led me to discover rehabilitation massage. This is a deep passion of mine, and it has also led me on a path of healing and helping others feel more comfortable in their skin and bodies.
Insert, Oncology Massage.
I never realized just how passionate I was and am about helping those who are suffering with cancer, until a good friend and patient of mine was diagnosed in 2025 with cancer. This lit a fire in me to learn more about cancer and how I can properly serve those going through treatment.
I am eager and passionate about helping you on your journey to health and healing!

Lindsay has completed her Oncology Massage course as of March 2026 and is officially a S4OM Oncology Massage Preferred Practitioner.
This specific treatment is a highly adaptive, gentle, safe massage for all who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer or have had cancer in the past.
Prior to this course, she also took the course for Breast Oncology Massage. This is a treatment that is very close to Lindsay's heart as her grandmother underwent breast surgery due to breast cancer.
She is eager to keep learning proper massage techniques, and how she can better serve her clients with a diagnosis of Cancer.
Her primary focus of treatment is considered "Medical Massage". When you are booking a massage with her, you are to expect a focus-based, rehabilitation massage as opposed to a full body deep tissue/therapeutic massage.
