Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. *Please expect a focus-based treatment.

Enjoy a mixture of relaxation with the lighter touch of therapeutic, to help with the aches and pains of the ever changing body of pregnancy.  It aims to relax muscle tension and improve lymphatic and blood circulation through mild pressure applied to the muscle groups of the body. If you would like your therapist to massage your belly, please 


Youth Massage

30 Minute - $48.00  | 45 Minute - $62.00 | 60 Minute - $68.00

Youth 12 years or younger. 

It is important for your child to feel comfortable, so please be prepared as a parent/guardian to stay in the clinic/treatment room for their first appointment.

The therapist will use a light to medium touch while massaging, and may ask for deeper treatment if the child desires. 

*Lindsay may also use Myofascial Cupping to help alleviate some tension.

*If your child is tiny, no more than 45 min is required.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial Cupping Therapy

Myofascial Cupping effectively releases stagnant blood, supports healing, releases adhesions within the layers of the body's fascia, and increases blood flow.  Myofascial Cupping also lowers the activation of the Sympathetic Nervous System, which calms the nervous system allowing the body to prioritize healing.   Can also help with relieving scar tissue, supporting detoxification, and increasing circulation.

*Lindsay can/will incorporate into your treatment.

IASTM (iNSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization allows your therapist to perform tissue-specific treatment that is not possible with the hands alone. 

It helps to break down scar tissue and gets deeper into the tissues to relieve deep muscle tension/adhesions.

Please be aware that using this tool can cause temporary bruising, redness, and soreness.

Introducing Heated IASTM as well!


*Lindsay may find it necessary to use this method during your treatment.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Lindsay may find it necessary to prescribe exercises or stretches for you post treatment, so that you are on your way to the best outcome for your healing journey. 

Rehab My Patient App is the method she uses to send exercises/stretches. 

Craniocradle

This is for specific treatments for injured areas. This includes post-surgery, sports injuries, IBS, plantar fasciitis, IASTM focused treatments. The therapist may require to use the IASTM method or Myofascial Cupping to assist in providing you with the most beneficial treatment.

Breast Massage

Oncology Breast Massage

75 Min Initial Assessment & Treatment: $168.00

For women who have had Simple or Radical mastectomies.  We will focus on scar tissue and muscle tightness surrounding the breast.  The armpits (axilla), scapula, ribs, hips, and neck are often affected by scar tissue from the surgery.

Cancer is a journey. This very safe and adaptive treatment can be especially beneficial in reducing pain, general discomfort, effects of chemotherapy, radiation, and post-surgical traumas. It can aid in reducing stress, anxiety, insomnia, constipation, nausea, depression, peripheral neuropathy, scarring, fatigue, and lymphedema.


*FYI: This is a very light touch, no deep pressure!

TMJ and Migraine Headache

TMJ/Migraine Headache Treatment

45 Min Treatment - $85.00

60 Min Treatment - $92.00

Migraine - A focus-based treatment including intraoral (inside your mouth with gloved hands) massage to alleviate migraines. Our professional approach ensures effective relief for various types of headaches.

TMJ - A specialized treatment for temporomandibular joint disorders, ensuring optimal oral health and pain relief. This service entails an intraoral massage treatment (with gloved hands) along with facial, head and neck massage.

Motor vehicle accident Treatment

Up to 75 Min Treatment - billed as Rehab Massage

All MVA treatments that are direct-billed to the insurer are billed as rehabilitation massage therapy treatments. This treatment model is in place to ensure that you receive the most suitable treatment for your injuries. Your successful recovery is our top priority.
